• Download the app via your APPLE ID

• YOU NOW HAVE ACESS TO sportsMED spacesbywix app

REQUEST TO JOIN YOUR CLUB

• Go to the ‘club access’ tab

• Select your club and request to join

• Allow 24 hours for request approval

• Check your emails for approval

• If you require admin privileges please email info@sportsmatrix.com.au for access

APPROVAL GRANTED

• You now have full access to your clubs app, as well as sportsMED resources, courses and more to come.

• Everyone that has access to your club portal, now can complete all forms, complete player profiles and upload incident reports.

• Trainers can request admin access to allow you to invite others, to approve access.

  • Please email admin@sportsmed.net.au with trainers name and email details for admin approval.

BACKEND ACCESS FOR

HEAD TRAINER & DEMO DATA ONLY

This section is for those that require access to form data collected from players and incidences from google sheets. This is a closed site and password activated.

• Go website: www.sportsmed.net.au

• At the top right, click icon (if using a desktop) or the three menu bars (on mobile)

• Sign up - enter your email and create a password

• Enter the code that is sent to your email address

• You are now a sportMED member and can access your club’s site.

LAST STEP

• Go to the top right menu drop box

• Click on your clubs admin access ONLY tab

• A Guest Area log in page will open and ask to enter the password, which has been emailed to your clubs contact.

In a separate email, you will receive the clubs password. Please only give this access to those that require the player or incident data, as it will contain sensitive and private information.
